I worked on a LONG form for hours and now it's nowhere to be found. I saved it every few minutes and it shows in my histroy, but it's not there. When I click on the history, I get an error message. On the my forms section, it's not even listed. I've cleared my browser cashe but no luck. Please help fast!!!

My account is auto suspended and will not let me reset my password i use the forms all day long!!
i have not edited the form since i made it a wile back and now all of a sudden my account is locked.
this is my third attempt at contacting you!!!
If you do not offer phone support this process should work and so far i'm very unhappy
