Why do I receive the error message: "This form has exceeded its allocated quota" when I try to view my form?

    I'm receiving this error (This form has exceeded its allocated quota.) when ever I click on View Form...

    I see that you have no forms in your account, so I think you're referring to the form you reported here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513371 

    Please note that this form belongs to another account: pubserv as mentioned by my colleague in his reply. I see that you mentioned here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/514087 that the account owner doesn't work in your company anymore.

    Since the account you upgraded was sbartley you have 2 options here.

    1. Transfer all the forms from pubserv to sbartley so you can be the new administrator of the forms and also take advantage of your paid plan.

    2. Transfer your subscription from sbartley to pubserv
