I have a form that needs to go to someone other than me. I changed the information but it is not going to the other address. What do I need to do?

Your last form ID is http://www.jotform.us/form/50394557667165 and upon checking, you have a different recipient email address of this form. Please note that the "Test Email" button is designed to only send an email to your account default email address. In order to test if the new recipient will receive the form email, you will have to preview the form and make an actual submission.
