I used the new import tool to attempt to import my forms and Data from Adobe Form Central. Unfortunately the process is still not working.

I just checked your jotform account/username crowndezignes
and I can see that indeed there was no form on the account yet.
I assume you already followed the import process described on this article
Did you used the custom import tool as the very first step?Navigate to our Import Forms page, click on "Import Form":
If you did used the import tool correctly, the form itself should be imported to your JotForm after a time range of 45 to 2hrs at min.
But time might vary, because jobs a queued and they are processed in the time they arrive by the system.
Can you please confirm first that you have done the procedures accordingly, and yet the forms are still not imported to your JotForm account.
I will check further details after I get your confirmation.
