    Can I have multiple forms in my account and in each use my paypal website pro account.

    I have just downloaded a new template (multiple products with multiple choices) to model a new form on.  I didn't realize there were these order forms and they will work much better for me.  I utlimately intend replacing my existing one with a reformatted form.  Even though I have collected data, I am getting a lot of feed back that the form is complicated.  I think the new order form option will make this less complicate.

    The problem is when I go to set up the payment section for the new form it says I can only have one payment option? I only want one payment option across all forms - paypal website pro.

    I am planning on running about 4-6 forms on my site for different events.  All requiring payment - I use paypal website pro.  Surely I can do this? 

    What am I missing.

    As you have discovered already, you cannot apply two payment tool on the same form. This was the reason you see this prompt dialog scrren

     

    each form can only contain 1 payment tool on it.

    The demo form that you see that seems to have multiple payment method on it is actually using an illusion that it was jut one form -- it was actually a multiple forms (3 forms at minimum)

    Try this demo form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41363533068958. It provide you with 2 payment method, Paypal and P.O. There were 3 forms used on it 1 main form + 2 payment form.

    I suggest reviewing the user guide  -How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

    to get a better understanding on how the multiple payment form was  created.

    Hi there, I dont want a multi payment form or forms.   I want to be able to create between 4 and 6 forms for each of my events (look at my website www.eatcakecreate.com).  Each form to only have one payment option - paypal website pro.  

    But I want to use a template like the order form that is on jotform because my customers find the long list of products that don't relate to each other, confusing and I am getting complaints.

    Thank you for the clarification, and please excuse me for misunderstanding the original issue.

    But I want to use a template like the order form that is on jotform...

    I think this was the template form

    After using the template and having it on your Form Builder (your account), follow the numbered steps below on how to update the Payment tool on your form.

     

     

     

     

     

    Save the form.

    Just repeat the process on all the other forms you will used, and you can setup different products for each of them according to your needs.
