Copy of Services Agreement on JotForm?

Asked by Brad Munns  on February 12, 2015 at 04:19 AM

    Hi there JotForm Team

I am the Finance Manager at Marsden Education Association Inc (trading as Career Keys).  Our previous CEO, Tonya Carew, established an account with JotForm and from 1 January 2015, we have amalgamated our operations with Wesley Mission Brisbane.

As a part of our new Contracts Management Process, we are seeking a copy of the Services Agreement between JotForm and Marsden Education Association Inc.

Are you able to assist me by providing a copy of the Services Agreement please.

I am grateful for your assistance.

    Many thanks

    Brad Munns

    Hi Brad,

For users who register an account to us and also those with guest accounts, they are entitled to agree with our Terms stated in this page: https://www.jotform.com/terms/.

You can check that page to understand the service agreement between us and our users.

If you are looking for a service agreement done with the licensing of our form builder where one organization or company can use the form builder internally in their servers, you may need to check this page: http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/. And contact them directly.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
