Awaiting import of my Adobe FormsCentral forms to my JotForm account

    Hi

I registered 18 hours ago and used the system to import my Forms and Responses from FormsCentral.

    It has not yet happened.

This will be the deciding factor.  If the Forms and response are successfully imported then I will definitely upgrade to paid version and start using JOT.  I just need to be sure that my information comes across fine.

Please advise on status of the "queue"

    Regards

    Dave Watson

Thank you for contacting us Dave. I can not see the status in the queue, but once it is on the list our tools will be doing the import of them.

Do note that each form would require about 2-3 minutes, but that there is an additional time of about 10 minutes for average size responses.

Now having that said, I will raise this to our developers to check and get back to you through this thread.

    Hi

    Have retried - twice

    Using http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/ for the link

My Adobe user name is dave@wardone.co.za and I will send the password if you want.

Please prioritise as I have to advise my team today about which service we are going to switch to.

    Regards

    Dave

    Hello Dave,

Your form is now successfully imported to JotForm.

If you need anything else please let us know.

    Hi

    Not good, sorry.

1 Form came through - there are about 20 forms in my Adobe Formscentral, many live with responses.  I did try a single link as well and that came through but without responses.  The trial download is also badly reformatted.

Will have to take into consideration that it seems that I will have to recreate all the forms.  Not your afault as it is Adobe that have been less than trustworthy service providors.  I have removed CS6 from my system as well and have changed to alternatives.

I prefer your model and would appreciate it if you could look into why the rest of teh forms are not delivered and why the responses did not transfer.

Thanks, by the way, for your prompt responses.

    Regards

    Dave

I am sorry to hear that Dave.

Could you please give us the link to the Adobe Form and let us know what is off with the jotform and we will be happy to assist in its re-creation.

It will also tell us what to look into with the rest of imports.

The best way for us to help you with this would be to open a new thread, by clicking here.

Now in regards to the data, that takes a bit longer to import, but should be added to the new jotform as well.

Could you also tell us if you have submitted 1 link first, then followed up with the another request of 20 more Adobe Forms (and their data)?

If so I would re-open the thread that we have with our team that handles this to check why the rest was not imported as well.

The problem is that you have two accounts. The forms are sent to the dave464 not to the dadavewatson account.

OK, I have now moved all of your forms to the dadavewatson account. You should now see all of your forms and the responses on your account.

    Enjoy JotForm! :)

    Hi

I now see the Forms are transferred from Adobe.

Don't know who DAve464 is - I never created such a user - hope that some other guy did not get my Forms.

Just the one form - called PDMS etc did not transfer the previous submissions.  Please check that out but not a biggie because I have saved the xlsx from the Adobe tool.

Will now fiddle for a day and then present to the team.  Then will upgrade to paid version.

Thanks fro the prompt assistance - good start to the relationship

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hi Dave,

The account is actually associated with your email (same as for this account) and was created on 2015-02-11.

Now I will be happy re-open the thread to our team in charge of import to check for that one last form as well, but can you please tell us if this is not one of the next forms (that I see in your account):

    1. PDMS & LGE2016

    2. PDMS Input

If there is a 3rd form as well, do let us know and we will import it as well.

    Hi Ben

    No biggie. Thanks

That first form (PDMS & LGE2016) is the first one that i have created on Jotform and it was a pleasure!

In Beta now and I am sure it will be accepted and roll out to our Constituency.

    Questions:

Is there a multiple file upload widget?

How do I redirect back to a blank form for a stream of individual submissions?

No matter what I do, I cannot get my additions to the "Thank You" page to be "saved"

    Cheers

    Dave

    PDMS & LGE2016 : http://www.myjotform.com/form/50486865384569 with 20 submissions.

PDMS Input  : http://www.jotform.co/form/50430511102837 without any submission.

I've found no waiting process in our migration queue for form responses so I think the first form with 20 submissions is the correct one. Kindly check and confirm this.

    Thanks
