    Account not upgraded to Premium

    Please check our account status.  I upgraded it on Feb. 10th and received a confirmation of the upgrade.  Then I received an email last night stating we have reached our limit.  Thank you for your reply.  -Todd

    It seems that the account is upgraded while you are not logged into your JotForm account. So, the subscription is not linked to your account. I've made necessary changes to your account deamaltzchallenge and the account is now upgraded to Premium.
