I am trying to get a form to send to a mailbox other than the mailbox that the account was set up with. It seems like these settings are suppose to be here (see below) and the email is correct but it still sends to the email that is set up with the account.

The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account:
Your settings do look to be correct. If you would like to test addresses other than the one associated with your account, just send a submission through the actual form. If you want to do some testing and have us reset your account limits after, just let us know and we will be happy to do so.
