How to unrequire log-in from the approvers?

The problem is the message that comes up after a person who is NOT logged in approves or denies and signs. The message tells people who may not even have an account that they can look at all their approvals by clicking the link/button that shows up on the acknowledgement page. This is DEEPLY MISLEADING and needs to have an option to be removed so that a small, social club organization can have non-account holders approve expenditures. The alternative is WAY too expensive for our small organization. Your documentation makes it seem like it is possible for logged out users to be approvers (and it is) but adds the VERY CONFUSING option that basically makes having external signors unworkable without dealing with a constant wave of confusion.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to unrequire login for the approvers. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Form Builder, dropdown menu at the top-left side of the page.
    2. Now, go to the Approvals and click on the Gear icon of the Approve element.
    3. Uncheck the Require Log-in for Approver checkbox, and that's it.

Now, the approver will not have to have a Jotform account and they'll be able to approve or deny the submission from the Email.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
