I have already transferred my forms from Adobe Central to a free account using my email address. We decided to use JotForm for our entire department so we have created a paid account using a generic email address. I tried to use the generic email address to transfer my files again from adobe forms central, but as of this morning (I tried it last night) nothing has transferred.
Is there a way for me to transfer the forms from my personal free account to my new paid account that I am set up as a sub user?

If I understand correctly you want to transfer your forms from your free account to the paid account, is that correct?
If so, please login to your free account and let us know which form(s) you would like to transfer and also provide us the username of the destination account (which I think is UCRGradDivision since this account is under a paid plan) and we'll move them for you.
