    FormsCentral Migration: Only forms were imported but no data

    Hi,

    I use migration tool for formscentral forms and data but only forms were imported. I had well clicked on import both forms and responses.

    Could you please tell me why?

    The jobs are queued and processed in the order they arrive. So data might take more time than forms to be imported.

    Yes, I entered my request today, after a few seconds I hab my forms imported.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. Upon checking your account, it seems that forms are imported, although there are quite a lot of duplicates. I can't seem to find in our records failed or pending form responses that is being migrated. 

    Could you please share us the Adobe ID of some of the forms?

    Another thing that you can do is you can import the responses directly to JotForm using the Import App. Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm. You can follow Method 2.

    It's ok now. I have deleted older form and imported again and everything is ok.
