Can you clone an item within the PayPal payment wizard?

If I understand correctly you want to create a copy of an item in the Payment tool on the same form, is that correct?

If so, unfortunately, it's not possible to do this. You need to manually create each item in the payment tool. If you're referring to clone items from one form to another, then you can do this by cloning the form from your account and this will also going to create a copy of the items in your payment tool of the cloned form.
