How can I hide fields if option is empty?

Asked by BreeUline on February 12, 2015 at 02:27 PM

In the form that I am referencing, I created a rule on "I agree with the statements above" that "If I agree with the statements above" field is "empty" then "hide" ________. Unfortunately when I preview, this rule is not working on the form. I created the same rule for "Do you have an interesting story or experience that you would like to share with us? Submit a response and you could be chosen to be featured on the TTUISD website!", and it is working properly.

I might be doing something incorrectly, so any help would be great!

    Hi,

I checked your form and the condition does appear to be working as expected.  When I get to the part of your form with the agreement, the fields below it are indeed hidden:

When I select "Yes" the fields below are then show:

If this is not how it is supposed to be functioning or it is not functioning like this for you, let us know a bit more about which fields are not being show/hidden properly and we will be happy to have another look.
