I messaged earlier and saw that you had done some testing. The emails keep going into my email@example.com account. I don't understand. I set up a new account firstname.lastname@example.org to test some more, and THOSE tests end up in my email@example.com
I check your NOAH'S ANIMAL REFUGE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM Form and it appears that you have two email addresses set as the recipient in a single notification configuration.
Each notification should have a single email address as the recipient. Once you remove your firstname.lastname@example.org email address you should receive your notifications in email@example.com just fine. Do let us know how it goes.
