Is there any emergency support if forms go down?

We're looking to replace Adobe's Forms Central and JotForm is my front runner.  However, I do have some concerns I'm hoping you can address:.

1.) Is there emergency support, if the form goes down?  We will use this tool to help hospitals keep their equipment in working condition.  If they can't use the form (for some reason) we would need to trouble shoot immediately!  I wouldn't feel comfortable waiting for an e-mail response.  I didn't see a live chat line or a phone number....

    2.)

We just set up the Adobe Forms Central account in October and they have decided to eliminate the product.  I'm worried about this happening again.  How many users do you have?

    Thank you!

Hi Katie and thanks for your interest in joining us here at jotform. I'd be more than happy to answer these questions of yours individually.

To answer your first question yes we technically do have emergency support as we have staff on hand 24 hours a day around the clock from various timezones across the globe.

Our emergencies depend on the nature of the problem that is occurring and even though we do not currently provide phone support we do our best to give the same quick responses here in the forum as soon as we can once we arrive at your thread to handle your problem(s).

We additionally offer live chatroom support on our website but lately our forums been extremely busy cus of  a lot of different things going on such as our form designer, themes, and more recently our import tool for formscentral (and migrate the data) so we haven't gotten around to that recently though we should be able to offer it again soon.

As for your secondary question I've moved it over here to a new thread to avoid any confusion.
