When I receive emails from a "Jotform" form, the FROM field is filled out as JOTFORM. Can I change that?

    This is probably a silly question, but when I receive the emails from a form (I use several forms) they come into my mail client as FROM: JOTFORM.  I want to be able to press reply and have the sender's address already in the to FIELD in my mail client as well as the contents of the form. Now, I click on their email address on the form and if I want to have the contents of the form in the body of their email I must cut and paste. This is either an easy fix or I am asking for something silly. I can't figure out which...

    Hi robertdiamante,

    To confirm, you would like to change your Sender Name on your email notification and be able to reply directly to the email address that has been provided by your user?

    If that is the case, this can be done in your Sender and Recipient data of your email notification.

    You can change the sender name to the name placed within your form

    You can also set the Reply-To email address to the one provided on your form
