    Hello,

I am new to online forms & did not know what SSL's was so i used to up my 10 free SSL's very fast because of it.

Yesterday JotForm answered my question by linking me to a previous question/answer relating to my situation.

But in the article he linked me to, the JotForm assistant who answered it reset the persons SSL's so he could go & change the secure link to a normal link and then stay below the monthly allowance allowing him to stay on the free account.

Before i change my form supplier to another, is there a chance you can please reset my SSL's so that i can continue to use the free account on JotForm. I have now changed the form link so i do not use my SSL's up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hello theantilifeltd,

You have again exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 16 SSL submissions.

In this thread, my colleague did reset your SSL counters and also explained that we can do this only once per account. We are not allowed to reset SSL counters twice but as a once time exception, I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please ensure that you are not using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Thank you!
