We need the services for a month only and now their is no need to continue with premium. Also why you deduct money from our credit card without our consent?
Requesting to refund the amount deducted and if want downgrade us the free package. If in future we need Jot form services we can upgrade it manually.
Also suggest from where we can remove our credit card details from your system.

You are subscribed to our monthly recurring plan so that's why you've been charged for the renewal. But I have just cancelled your subscription and refunded your latest payment. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
