A user was completing our form. He saw the submit button at the bottom, and proceeded to complete the form. When he had completed the form and went to click submit, the button was no longer there. He was using Google Chrome as his browser. We are using the i-frame version to embed the form in our website. Why is this happening and how can it be resolved?

This is very easy to fix just embed with Iframe.

Since you're using iframes, the error warning alerts pushed your submit button lower, and away from within the viewable area of the iframe. Filling up all the information properly will remove the warnings and will pull the submit button up, this way it can be viewable. But of course this isn't something that is ideal.
So may I ask, is it possible for you to use script embedding instead of iframes?
