Can I embed attachments instead of linking them?

We use ZenDesk as a customer service ticket management platform, and it does not support links. I want to allow customers on our website to send attachments with their form submissions, but I'd like for the attachments to either come over as attached files or as embedded files rather than a link in the body of the email. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately we do not allow attachments on our email notifications, we allow adding links, images, and designing it but attachments are not. But, if you would just like to add the uploaded image in the email content for you to be able to see it initially, that is possible.

In your email notifications you should choose the upload field name with "image" on it. In my case, the name of the upload field is "Upload" and I choose the "Upload image", it added a tag ""{IMG:upload}", that will display the image in your email content.
