'Next' button issues

    Hello,

I have been having some issues with the first 'next' button on a few of my forms. At first we thought it was a browser issue because it was working on Chrome but not Firefox or Safari, but now I am having a difficult time replicating the bug.

I embedded these forms into a Weebly site, but have also tested the forms as a standalone. So far we only experienced the bug on the embedded site though.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

Usually this type of issue is solved by switching to the iFrame embed code, rather than the regular script embed:

This insulates your form from the rest of your page and most often allow it to function the same as it does in the form builder.

If you still have issues with the next button after that, let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

Thank you very much. I'll definitely reach out if we run into the issue again.

You are very welcome!  I have seen an issue recently where the "Back" button was showing on the first page.  When this occurred, the "Next" button on the first page no longer worked.  Refreshing the form and clearing the browsers history did fix it in most browsers.
