Is it possible to print the filled in form, including the design, not just those fields that have entered data?

I would like to see a hard copy of the template. Just a copy of the answers is not sufficient.

Yes it is possible for you to do this. What you can do is include the PDF link in your notifications and once a submission is made, the link included will allow you to print the form with the entered information with a similar design of the form displayed on your website.





For this to work according you would have to ensure that you configure your "View Submissions" to show headers and images. You can follow this guide to get it done.
