Why have the submissions disappeared?

I was able to view submissions, but now they have disappeared and are showing that there are 0 submissions.

It's for the "NEW ADDITIONS" form. There were probably about 21 or so submissions that were there an hour ago, but they aren't there anymore. Can you please assist and help me recover these submissions.

The form submission data is not being cloned once you clone a form. So you form submissions can be found on the original form.
