Can we import data from Adobe FormsCentral?Asked by virginiapbergo on February 13, 2015 at 05:01 PM
Is there a way to import archived data from Formscentral? Reports we don't need to create surveys for that our clients may want to access? Also, to share the data we would need to export a file or create a sub user, correct? We can not send a live link to anyone who is not a sub user?If we wanted to fill out a survey on a tablet or iPad - would we need an app or use the direct website?
You will be happy to know Virginia that you can easily import the forms and data from your Adobe account into your JotForm account, all that is needed is one step from you and we handle all the rest.
To see how, I would suggest taking a look at the following blog post: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral
I would also recommend taking a look at this blog post as well: 7 Reasons Why JotForm is the Best Adobe FormsCentral Alternative
Now in regards to your other question:
Reports we don't need to create surveys for that our clients may want to access?
I am not able to understand exactly what you want to achieve Virginia, do you want to create reports, but without creating surveys for each or maybe looking to see if our reports can be shared and password protected?
In regards to sharing the submitted data I have opened a new thread for you here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/515920 and in regards to the question about viewing the jotform on mobile devices, I have moved the question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/515922
We do this since we can only assist you with one question per thread, allowing us to avoid any confusion and help you with all issues / questions that you might :)
