how do I convert our form to not submit as secure.

Asked by jeffjeff  on February 13, 2015 at 05:28 PM

the form has been locked as over quota.  It appears as I had used the https url for a portion of the forms.  It also seems that the http:// link to the form has been locked as well.  Please advise how I can unlock the http://  version of the form.

Please be noted that if any of the limits exceeded on a free account, disables the account. I see that you have received more than 10 SSL submissions. I have reset the SSL counter to 8 and activated your account so that you can continue to receive normal submissions. You can now login into your account and check the status of submissions by clicking on the user icon.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!

Is it possible to disable the https link to prevent inadvertent  submissions to the quota?

If you prefer to not use secure forms on your website, you can un-check the secure option before copying your embed code. Please note the screenshot below.

Now if you have embed the secure version of your form on your website the only way you can avoid using SSL submissions is manually replacing it with the non-secure code. Follow the instructions provided above. Do let us know how it goes and feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.

I think that may  be the issue.  I inadvertently emaililed the secure direct link to users.  After catching the issue I distributed  the nonsecure link.  I still get a couple submissions  on the secure link.  so ssl submissions reset each month?
