I have set up my notify email to send to multiple email addresses separated by a comma. I want all to see else received the notify. In the past I have seen multiple names on the to line but can't recall how it was done. Can you help me recreate this so all see the recipients.

If I am not mistaken, you followed this guide to configure a notification that can be sent to multiple individuals. You mentioned that you would see multiple names in the top line? I believe you are referring to the name of the individuals who own the email addresses you have entered in the "Recipent Email" field. Normally names are shown in the To field if they are added to the address book for your mail client (Outlook) or if they are apart of the address book for your email address online. Adding these individuals to your address book will allow you to see the names of the individual rather than the email addresses entered in the notification configuration.

    Maybe these references will help:

If this is not what you are referring to, please spare some more details so I can assist further. I hope this helps. Do let us know if further assistance is needed.
