How Can I Set My Form To Do Multiple Submissions?

    Is there a way to have the form ask if the person would like to submit another response, after they have filled it out when they have multiple submissions to input?

    Yes this is possible for you to accomplish. On your thank you page you can place the question - "Would you like to complete another response? Click here". "Click here" would have the link for the same form so once clicked the form should appear with cleared fields.
