    Jot Form; selling items

    Asked by songmoua on October 19, 2011 at 02:53 PM

    Hi,

    I'm selling items using the paypal wizard, but the images are too small. Is there any way I can resize them? Thanks.

    You are going to have to do this with some Custom CSS, I see you have already been experimenting with that.

    #cid_21 img { width: 200px; height: 100px; !important;  }

    will change the sizes of the images.

    You can experiment with the spaces below each item in your product list with:

    .form-sub-label-container { padding-bottom:20px; }

    Have a go experimenting with those. Come back to us if you need help with something. It will probably take a fair bit of work to get the form looking how you want.

    Ok. Now the submit form with their name and address, etc is too long. Is
    there any way I can fix that without resizing the product panel?

    Thank you btw it helped. :)

    For your custom css, try changing

    .form-sub-label-container { padding-bottom:300px; }

    to

    #cid_21 .form-sub-label-container { padding-bottom:300px; }

    May I also suggest you download your images and re-up them somewhere safe?

    Using image URLs from the web leaves you at the mercy of whoever is hosting them.

    I uploadedthem on photobucket and tried the url for the images, but it doesn't show. Do you have a suggestion for which website I can upload the images?

    Photobucket should work OK.

    You could also try tinypic.com

    I really dont know why you cant get photbucket to work.

    I would look for the raw image URL if you can see it.

    I personally dont use it, so you are sort of on your own on this one.
