    Forms using SSL not adding submissions to database!

    I've tried a test submission from the non-secure version of my form, and the submissions is added right away to my database.

    When I do a test submissions on the secure version of the form, the submission is not added to my database.  I need this looked at right away, as I have submissions coming in all day today to the secure version.

    Thank you for this detail and we apologize for your inconvenience.

    I have also submitted a ticket to our development to check this problem.  They will respond to this as soon as they will need more details from you about the problem or if this is already fixed.

    update: I have made a test submission using SSL and saw that it landed on your submissions page.  Please let us know if you're still experiencing this problem.  It would also be great if you can provide us details on how we can replicate this situation.

    Great, the problem appears resolved.

    My client also reported an error earlier today and was unable to even load the form.  This resolved itself about an hour and a half ago.  Could there be a connection?

    Our developers have informed us that there was a little problem with the databases, now the database servers have been synchronized and the problem is solved.
