Redirect URL No Working on 3 Sites

WE HAVE REPEATEDLY TRIED ON THREE SITES IN RED BELOW AND REDIRECT DOES NOT WORK - ONLY THE DEFAULT "THANK YOU."

YET http://www.xlexecutive.com/Seminars_On-Site.htm WORKS

http://www.xlexecutive.com/ThankYou.htm is the redirect we want to use. 

http://www.xlexecutive.com/Custom-On-Site.htm NOT WORKS

http://www.xlexecutive.com/Coaching.htm  NOT WORKS

http://www.xlexecutive.com/Consulting.htm NOT WORKS

Please tell us which of your jotform were using the mentioned custom redirect URL Thank You pages you mentioned.

were using custom redirect URL Thank You page, and both work just fine as they redirect successfully after submission

Please take note that the form must used Custom URL Redirect Thank You page for it to redirect to the URL you need.

If it is just showing the JotForm Default Thank You page, it was because the form was just setup do so.
