Please Help Support Team - Urgent

    Hi, 

    Earlier today we noticed our account was suspended and we are not sure what we did wrong to violate the terms....we have these forms being used not only on our website but throughout some of our customers websites as well.  I apologize for anything we have done wrong and we will do anything we can to not make those mistakes anymore.  Please advise us on why our account was suspended and what we can do to retrieve our forms.  I greatly appreciate all JotForm has done for us and I hope we can figure out what this issue is so we can continue to keep using this awesome company.

    Ps. I posted earlier in the forum but had yet to see a response, my brother posted on FB and had a reply from someone on your support team that said they would look into this but we haven't heard anything yet.  I am sorry for all the contacts I just want to figure out what went wrong with our account and what we can do to not violate any terms that we may have.
