Not receiving notification email messages.

    Hello Breakaways,

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I did not find any issue with that. Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?

    If you have not received the submission emails yet, I would suggest you to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list of domain names. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be white listed:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
