Is their a setting to automatically shut off the form when their has been X amount of submissions?

For example, if I have an event where only 30 people can attend, I want the form to shut off once that many has been submitted.

(P.S.  I know other form builders has this ability...)

No, we do not have an automatic shut off feature. You can disable forms manually though. So, when you reach a treshold you can log into your account and switch the form off from "Preferences".
