I am very unhappy with the premium level of your forms. When I still had the basic free version I had no trouble. Since raising my level to Premium for added entries, I have had to re-integrate twice. This causes much more work for me because we have had duplicates because the system doesn't always take the application when the student hits send and so they submit again and every time I have to re-integrate, I have to go in and take out the duplicates and correct errors all over again.
This is not a quality product so far.

Sorry to hear that. I understand that your frustration about the integration.
You will encounter issues with integration when there is a problem with API and with the service itself (e.g Google services).
Also, when the form fields and the spreadsheet columns did not match. When you change or rename field columns in the spreadsheet, you will not receive the submission. It's the same thing when you update/add/change your form fields. If this happens, you need to redo the integration.
Those are the possible reasons why the integration will not work properly.
