My form isn't validating properly. It proceeds to submit the form even when none of the required fields are filled out.

Is it a problem on my end? The only things that I've considerably changed on my form are the CSS styling. Beyond that, the form structure has remained the same. The form validation does not work on any browser I'm using.

I've tested it on Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8, Safari 5.0.1, Internet Explorer 8.0.7600 (both 32 and 64 bit), and Google Chrome 5.0.375, all under Windows 7. The form continues to submit.

The form is located at this page. The form is in its own proprietary CSS file, form.css, as well as other dependent files. One script is hosted directly from your website, http://www.jotform.com/min/g=jotform&3.1

    Any ideas?

The mootools library you are using is giving an error that's why validations are not working

    d.location is undefined on mootoo...more.js (line 389)

If you can use the JavaScript form code or IFrame form code, this error would not affect the JotForm form on your page.
