Do you mean to delete your JotForm account? I see that you are having a guest account registered with this email ID. Also, I see another free account peggysuescruise registered with a different email but downgraded to Free subscription some time ago. Both of these accounts are not having any forms. Since we also offer free subscription, you may continue using the account. If you still don't want to use them, please let us know so that we can delete the accounts for you.
If you are are referring to some other account, please let us know. We will be happy to look into that.
