Unable to associate the email field of my form with MailChimp

    I have set up the API... I have matched the first name field.  It is not allowing me to chose the Email to map.

    Could you please re-create the list and the integration again?
    I did a test on my side and was able to integrate both fields in my MailChimp list using a cloned version of your form.

    You may also need to clear your browser's cache to see if it helps.
