I found that you have 4 different guest accounts on our system:
with the last one being the only one that is not suspended.
Please note that your jotforms are being suspended because the language on them is not English, while they are set as English jotforms.
If you create an account with us (free plan), we can move these to your account so that you can have access to all of your jotforms and you can then make the required changes.
Do let us know once you do so that we can transfer the jotforms to the account and we will give you the instructions on what to do with them.
