We have 2 applications that were submitted but have not yet come through to our email.

Every time a submission is made, it is being saved into your submissions for that jotform.
You can access them at any time by opening Submissions Panel.
Now the emails are by default set to go to your email, but since that can be removed, I would suggest taking a look at the following guide to see how you can set the emails to come to any email address that you want them to go: Setting Up Email Notifications
