Why does my form not clear all entered information even after I cleared my browser's cache?

    Another question. My forms do not seem to clear all the info even after I clear the cache. I tried them on new browsers with the same results. Is there a code that will auto refresh after submission?

    This is happening due to enabled Auto Fill option on your form. Please see the following guide to find out how to Enable/Disable that feature:
