How To Add a Field with Multiple Entries like a List?

    I am working on a form for the SD VFW Baseball association.  They need a Jot form to replace the paper form they used last year so their coaches can send a list of all the players to the recording secretary.  I looked at examples in Jotform and only found forms where each player must be added individually.

     

    I am including the link to the Preview version of the website.  click on the Registration tab, Varsity and 13-14, Team Roster form.  I have added the paper form to the page so you can see what I am trying to build.

    Hi,

    For this, I believe you can check our widgets page for multiple entries, here's the page category for it: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/multiple_entries.

    Personally, I would recommend either to use the Configurable List widget or the Spreadsheet widget.
