Adding an Authorization Code To Form To Limit Public Access?

I would rather send the parties a link to this website where they can log in or use some authorization code to access it. Sensitive information will be stored in these forms, so I would want the use of an authorization code of some kind to make responders feel secure. What are the options for that?

    Hi,

If you would like to limit access to your form, let's say adding something like an authorization code or password field, you can do that by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/307-Simple-password-protection-of-your-jotform.

It basically just uses the "Conditions" setup and hiding or showing most of the fields including the submit button to limit access. To learn more about Conditions, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
