How Can I make the link of my form much shorter?

Is there anyway I can make this much shorter?

Hi Catherine,

Unfortunately, it's not possible in Jotform. A workaround would be to use URL shortener. You can find a list here: http://bit.do/list-of-url-shorteners.php. I personally used goo.gl (Google URL Shortener).
