He probado con todos los navegadores, pero hace un par de dias que no se visualiza en mi pagina un formulario de contacto que creé con su estupenda aplicación. ¿ME podrían ayudar a resolver el problema? La URL es

Since you were using JotForm as guest, please read this information below:
Guest accounts are only allowed 20 submissions, 2 payment submissions, and 2 SSL submissions per month. These said type of accounts also do not have a registered username. Once it reaches the maximum number of submissions for the month, his/her account will temporarily be suspended (that's why your form isn't working anymore on your website). You can also check the maximum allowed submissions per month for the Free, Premium, and Professional accounts on this link.
We encourage you to register at least a free account to ensure that your submissions are properly archived.
