Adding tooltip in Question Mark button

Hi, it works but it also becomes a clickable link. Anything I can do about it (I want to disable the link)?

Also, is it possible to insert images inside the tooltip box?

If the suggested workaround works for you, you just need to remove the following attributes to remove the clickable link:

target="_blank" href="#"
