Changes not updating

    Hi,

    I have made some changes to a form yesterday and today, but they are not updating on the live version. I've cleared my cache, is there an issue with your cache not being cleared?

    EG the page below should not still be showing the 'upload' box at the bottom.

    I seem to have this issue with Jotform regularly, could you advise please?

    And here's also my screenshot which shows the right one. In this case, I would suggest you to reclear all your browsers cache, you can also use another browser for checking.

    Have cleared my cache again and the upload box is still showing on the live version although not the preview versions. Also the upload box is still showing when I check the form on a smartphone. In the past we have had issues with our server network not clearing the cache but if that's the case why is it not updating on a smartphone?

    Is your smartphone using a different network?  May I ask also if you have tried viewing the form on another PC?

    So far I have tested viewing your form on different browsers and I cannot see any upload field in it.

    We have tried the form on multiple PC's, and two colleagues have tried the link on their personal smartphones which are outside the office network. I have just double-checked and this is still the case. Is there a time lag for changes to be made live? I am completely baffled why it works for you and not us.

    Please do take note that the URL is quite different from the one you have posted which is http://form.jotform.com/NHSConfed/12260614062.

    Please do let us know if the deleted field still shows up on the prior.

    Ah yes, the former link works beautifully. Whoever built this page has got a different version of the link from somewhere. I'll make a note of this for the future. Many thanks indeed.

    Thank you for confirming this.

    You can embed or use the www.jotform.com URL for your forms if you're having cache issues on the default shared URL.

    form.jotform.com is actually a mirror of the www, but for some reason, the cache of form.jotform.com on your end seems not to be updated right away.
