I see that you seem to be having trouble getting an our Authorize.NET Payment Tool to work with one of your jotforms.
I checked your account and found you have several jotforms. Could you please provide us with a link to the one that you are experiencing this problem on?
Also, can you please explain more about the exact error|error message you are getting with it?
