Sharing Form ResultsAsked by jlcoogs42 on February 17, 2015 at 12:41 PM
I was curious if there was an option to share a form result with my boss.
Yes. It is possible to share the form submissions in different ways.
1. Making the form submissions view page public. Enable the option Make the page public in the settings of Submissions view and set a password to protect the privacy.
You can share the Submissions view page link with your boss along with the password.
2. Generate a report of submissions. Select the JotForm that you want to generate the report and click on Reports -> Add new report.
Choose the type of report you want to generate and select the fields to view on the report.
You can share the link once the report is generated and you can also password protect these reports.
To know more about these reports, please refer to our Reports help section
Hope this information helps!
