Form not working in GoDaddy

I've embedded the form in GoDaddy's Website Tonight Builder.  I publish.  I see the form.  I click on it and ... nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

I can see you have added the direct links to three forms in this page and I am able to open them.

Can you please provide more details about the problem? Does this happen in a particular browser?

Hey, Jeanette.  I figured out what I was doing and am zinging along.  (I had to edit the form in order to see the different embed functions.  I did that and have been experimenting with different presentations.)
